Workshop Registration Refunds
Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund of your workshop registration fee under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation request is submitted more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop start date
- The workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by Ooxem Rylox and the new schedule does not suit your availability
- Technical issues on our platform prevent you from accessing the workshop content, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund of 50% may be issued if:
- Cancellation request is submitted between 7 and 14 days before the workshop start date
- You have attended less than 25% of the workshop sessions and request withdrawal due to documented extenuating circumstances
No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellation requests submitted less than 7 days before the workshop start date
- You have accessed more than 25% of the workshop content or attended multiple sessions
- You have downloaded workshop materials, completed assignments, or actively participated in collaborative exercises
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notification
- Dissatisfaction with workshop content that was clearly described in the course outline
- Personal schedule conflicts or changes in your availability
Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription refunds are available only within the first 30 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than three workshop sessions or downloaded significant course materials. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewal.
Digital Products and Course Materials
All sales of digital products, including recorded sessions, downloadable resources, templates, and supplementary materials, are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or downloads have been initiated.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, registration email address, and order or transaction number
- Clearly state the reason for your refund request and provide any relevant supporting documentation
- Specify which workshop or service the refund request relates to
Processing Timeline
Once we receive your refund request:
- We will review your request within 3-5 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation of our decision
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Special Circumstances
Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend a workshop due to serious medical issues or family emergencies, please contact us directly. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer:
- Transfer to a future workshop session
- Extended access to recorded materials
- Partial or full refund depending on the circumstances
Documentation may be required to support your request.
Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical difficulties that prevent you from participating in a workshop or accessing our platform, please contact our support team immediately at contact@ooxemrylox.com. We will work diligently to resolve the issue. If we cannot provide a satisfactory solution, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
Transfers and Credits
As an alternative to refunds, we may offer the following options:
- Transfer your registration to another available workshop of equal or lesser value
- Provide a credit toward future workshop registrations valid for 12 months from the original purchase date
- Allow a one-time deferral to a future session of the same workshop
Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the original workshop start date.
Group Registrations and Corporate Purchases
Group registrations and corporate purchases may have different refund terms based on the agreement established at the time of purchase. Please refer to your specific contract or contact our corporate services team for details regarding group refund policies.
Promotional Offers and Discounts
If you registered for a workshop using a promotional code or discount:
- Refunds will be calculated based on the amount actually paid, not the original full price
- Promotional codes and discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value
- Special promotional terms may include modified refund conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend your access to all Ooxem Rylox services and content
- Permanently ban your account from future registrations
- Pursue recovery of costs associated with the chargeback process
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to address any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Modifications to This Policy
Ooxem Rylox reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
